VILLEFEST

Fun for the whole family.

Villefest-2024-1

This
October, find some joy.

VILLEFEST is a three day event from 9-11 October that runs from 9:00-11:30am each day (drop off is from 8:45am) that’s got something for the whole family. Kids can join our three day kids club for lots of school holiday fun, parents can relax in the cafe and hear from interesting speakers and our teens come together for one awesome night on Friday.

VILLEFEST is a celebration of the wonderful community that Kellyville Anglican finds itself in. It is for everyone and we hope we can meet you this October!

Over three big mornings, kids can run, dance, sing, play, craft, cook and adventure until their heart’s content (or 11:30am) whichever comes first.

The VILLEFEST Cafe is ready to recharge you! Hear from interesting speakers while your kids enjoy the kids program or creche. Plus good coffee!

If you’re in high school and you want a Friday night that’s worth planning for then look no further! Hang with friends, enjoy a movie, plus snacks! Win.

Got Questions About
VILLEFEST Kids?

Yes! We have a number of kids in our community who require some break out spots where they can have the time and space to regulate. We are having a sensory room and a quiet room that will be equipped with resources to help your child regulate as they need. We have also made the program and activities such that your child could do it from the separate room and not miss out on any of the program. We do ask that if the needs require 1:1 support that this is a conversation prior to registration, as we may require a parent or carer or support worker to come as well.

Just bring your water bottle & hat. Morning tea will be provided for every child. A carry bag for water bottles, hats, any crafts etc. will also be given to each child to decorate and keep as a memento from VilleFest.

No, but comfortable clothing that can get dirty is best. Kids love to play and be messy so keep this in mind as they get dressed. Comfy shoes should also be worn, no thongs.

Our site is a nut-aware site and it is our practice that any products with nuts are avoided to ensure every persons safety. On the registration form you’ll be asked to fill in any details about allergies and food intolerances/allergies/preferences (ie. coeliac, vegetarian, gluten-free etc.), please put all necessary information here and our team will make sure that there are appropriate food options for your child.

Our site is wheelchair accessible and also has appropriate bathrooms. There are elements of the program that could be more difficult but adaptions can easily be made. Something like the jumping castles that are going to be set up is only one part of the games session we are running and there are a number of other options that don’t prevent involvement. We do ask that if the needs require 1:1 support that this is a conversation prior to registration, as we may require a parent or carer or support worker to come as well.
